Securities  and  Exchange  Board  of  India  (SEBI),  is  a  statutory  regulatory  body  established  by  an  Act  of Parliament, to protect the interests of investors in securities, to promote the development of and to regulate the securities market.

SEBI invites applications from Indian citizens for the post of Officer Grade A (Assistant Manager) for the  General  Stream,  Legal  Stream Information Technology  Stream,Engineering Stream,Research Streamand Official Language Stream 2020.The online Registration process  starts from 7th March 2020 and closes on 31st July 2020. 

Due to Covid Outbreak the last date for Application submission has been extended to 31-10-2020.

Total number of Vacancies are 147.

Age Limit

1. A candidate must not have exceeded the age of 30 years as on February 29, 2020  i.e.candidate  must have been born on or after March 01, 1990.

2.The upper age limit prescribed above will be relaxable:

     i. up to a maximum of five years for candidates belonging to a Scheduled Caste or a Scheduled Tribe if the posts are reserved for them;

     ii. upto a maximum of three years in the case of candidates belonging to Other Backward Classes who are eligible to avail of reservation applicable to such candidates if the posts are reserved for them

Educational Qualification

General	1. Masters Degree in any discipline OR 2. Bachelor's Degree in Law OR 3. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering OR 4. Chartered Accountant OR 5. Company Secretary OR 6. Chartered Financial Analyst OR 7. Cost & Work Accountant.
Legal	Bachelor's Degree in Law.
Information Technology	1. Graduate in engineering (electrical/ electronics/ electronics and communication/ information technology/ computer science) OR 2. Masters in Computers Application OR 3. Graduate in any discipline with post graduate qualification (minimum 2 years duration) in computers/ information technology.
Engineering (Civil)	Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
Engineering (Electrical)	Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering.
